Is SimplyUpsell a subscription?

No. Every plan is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the product. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

What does lifetime access mean?

You can use the current version of SimplyUpsell, including updates we release, for as long as we offer the product. If we ever stop offering it, we will tell you by email at least 90 days before.

A credit is one offer slot. Creating an offer uses one slot and deleting it gives the slot back. Solo has 5, Starter 10, Growth 50, Scale 200 and Agency 500.

When do I get access?

Within 24 hours of payment, every day of the week, we activate your plan and email you to confirm and explain how to sign in. Create your account with the same email you pay with. If you paid without an account, create one with that email afterwards, or write to support, and we apply the plan to it.

Yes. Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.

Does it show me revenue?

Not yet. The dashboard shows impressions, clicks and click rate. Revenue from real orders needs a store connector, which is on the roadmap.

What data do you collect from my shoppers?

Nothing that identifies the shopper. The script sends only the offer, the headline variant, the event type (shown or clicked) and the day. It sets no cookies.
